Krista’s background in institutions of learning gave us assurance that she can complete the project while taking into note the behaviour of different kinds of participants in different kinds of interactive situations. I value her commitment and activity in unforeseen and surprising situations. The target companies involved in the project felt that Krista’s service was very applicable at the beginning of the development process, where the marketing research and innovation productization are not yet ready, which is an excellent case. We got a better service than what we initially expected. Everything worked, including invoicing and billing. We got good reports and briefing on how the project of each target company was progressing. Customer Story

We chose Vision Factory through competitive tendering to act as our service provider in the KASKI project. Krista’s broad experience in co-creation and background within learning institutions gave us assurance at the start that she could finish the task by taking the different behaviours of participants into account during different kinds of interactive situations. She surpassed all expectations, and truly brought her knowledge into the game. She managed to involve all the companies in the project when it came to the challenging process of development. Her strengths were commitment and effort, she quickly got down to business and got things rolling. Krista was active and sparked new points of view also in surprising situations, where her style and innovative effort helped us in tackling challenging workshop situations and research results.

Personally, we were involved at the start of the project and in drafting the target company-based work plans. Here, Krista continued to create target company-based projects on a commission basis. According to the feedback, they were all very pleased with the results and usefulness of the project, all involved parties felt they got a lot out of their efforts. They gave Krista thanks as an expert trainer, with whom the cooperation was very fluid and fruitful. They felt that Krista’s service was especially suitable for the beginning part of development work, where marketing research and innovation productization are not yet complete.

The only thing we felt as some sort of development goal was that in some of the target companies, they felt it challenging to choose the most profitable suggestion out of all the possible routes and paths Krista presented to them. We suggest that Krista only gives a few recommendations in lieu of a plethora of options.
